Reservations will be made upon receipt of the 20% deposit and the completed booking from.
The balance is payable in full no later that 8 weeks prior to arrival, together with a £600 refundable deposit for damages.
The person who signs the booking form is responsible for the final payment and any damages.
A receipt together with full details of key collection will be sent on receipt of the final balance.
If you need to cancel your booking you will lose 50% of the cost of your holiday if it is done within 28-56 days of the commencement date. If it is cancelled within 28 days of the commencement date, you will lose 100% unless we are able to re-let, when any refunds will be at the discretion of the owners.
We request that there be STRICTLY no smoking in the property.
We recommend that you obtain the necessary insurance cover that you need.
The house is reserved only for people named on the booking from. Extra people will require the owner’s permission to stay.
Only people named on the booking form are insured to swim in the pool.
The house is only for normal holiday use.
We ask you to respect the neighbours by not making unreasonable noise and by parking considerately. The driveway access must be kept clear at all times.
We cannot be held responsible for failures that occur outside our direct control, and any compensation will be entirely at the discretion of the owners.
The booking contract is made on the understanding that the property and its facilities, as published will be available for the dates stated. In the unlikely event that the house is not available through events arising outside the owners’ control, the booking may have to be cancelled and a refund of the monies will be made, with no future claim being made on the owner.
